JOHN MARTIN Known in the RN as Jack
Partner: Flormaria Martinez. Five children: Julie aged 45, Karen aged 43, Helen aged 32, Carol aged 25 and Serena aged 20. Divorced, remarried, divorced again. Played the field. Emigrated to France. Became a professional yacht Captain, sailing motor yachts, based in Antibes. Worked in Italy, Spain, Greece, Maldives, USA & Australia.

NOTEWORTHY EVENTS
Received "Grimmy" Trophy in HMS EAGLE. Enjoyed playing dance music and ship service. Captain of Air Command sailing team. Represented RN in offshore & inter-service sailing.

HOBBIES & PASTIMES
      "I still practice the saxophone and enjoy Sub Aqua, swimming and exercise. I'm  keen on languages and travel - and of course sailing."
